Latitude Counseling is a trusted community partner of Grace Point Church providing compassionate outpatient behavioral health care, including mental health and substance abuse services. Care is available at their Carlsbad counseling center or through a convenient hybrid telehealth platform, making access simple and flexible.
With both on-site services and rapid telehealth connectivity to highly qualified therapists, Latitude offers quality support for individuals, families, and our wider community. Their team of educators and experienced professionals uses state-of-the-art systems to deliver thoughtful, effective, and personalized care - committed to excellence in behavioral health services.
Latitude Recovery Center is a, faith-based recovery program for addiction and other behavioral health disorders. They are non-denominational and all-inclusive. They offer the following levels of care: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Outpatient Program (OP). They are a nationally recognized team of professionals that provide clinical and restorative therapies to support recovery.
They offer day and evening PHP and IOP programs.
